@ronaldo3649 i meant 50 overs, & he have 248* in his bag tests, so it’s understood that he have not score over 250+
as i have said, if sachin would have played in bradman part of time, who know he might hav scored 400+ or if bradman have played in this current world he wouldn’t have got that big score as chances of getting out is more.
but we should consider the facts only
sachin have plenty of records is another thing, but still he do miss some records like every one else (including bradman)
@monkeynogo you see if you think millions of people having passion for indian cricket as arrogance then it’s your personal opinion, it can’t be changed & it’s dont matter 4 others
if you depict arrogance with indian cricket then even austrailans can be pointed out as arrogance & supremacism (been dominated the game in history) towards others & they try to sledge even inside the field
blind nationalism, racism? its in all country & even in every nock & corner of the world & i don’t encourage it
@bongo155 don’t give a reason of flat tracks, do you say only sachin plays on the flat track ? but even others will play on the same track on a given match isn’t it?
why couldn’t ponting score on a flat track and score 200+ on it, haven’t he played on flat tracks yet?
@bongo155 Wow!! scoring 300 runs in “One day” in a test match :O, amazing!. sachin have scored 200 runs in half day (50 overs, facing 147 balls strike rate of 136.05)
ofcourse bradman have 452* in first class, sachin came to international level in very young age,
but for the records On February 23rd, 1988, sachin also have scored 326 put a partnership of 664 runs with his mate & international player, kambli.
Respect and admiration is one thing, but blind nationalism and racism (often go hand in hand) is another. I have great respect for all the other sub continent nations as for the most part they have the asian passion for the game, without the arrogance that often goes with Indian cricket.
In fairness to the Aussies, most of the players didn’t agree with Chappell’s actions – you can see Rod Marsh asking him not to do it. The Chappell’s were a bunch of ar*eholes, that’s for sure.
@monkeynogo they treat sachin as god because they admire him that much, but the same people also know he is not god.
let them admire , it’s their love and passion for the game.
so please you don’t think it’s your problem, after all it’s not a problem at all.
sachin have earned place in their heart, so shall be it.
Being hit anywhere on the body other then the hand as it is part of the bat is sufficient for an LBW. Dravid was caught applying a cough drop to the ball and you can’t even use the race card as clive lloyd was the referee. Ponting appealed for a catch which hit the ground after he caught it, thus it’s a question of control and interpretation rather then claiming half volleys like Dhoni, ganguly, Ogja. The only problem I have with tendulkar is people treating him like a god.
@bongo155 look, don’t just hang on with 3 wc, 3 wc, 3wc.
as a cricketer i appreciate team Australia for team effort better then other teams.
but i’m referring to individual performance, though sachin didn’t do good in final (good in sense, single handedly winning the match) he have performed better then every1
even ponting have failed to deliver in wc finals , except 1(ind).
if you know cricket better, you should also know it’s team effort which win matches, may it be a league match or finals
@zbyszek654 Its hard to explain cricket in 500 characters. But in this video the batter needed to his a six, hitting the ball over the fence on the full (like a home run) which automatically gives you 6 runs, just to tie the game. To stop the batter having any chance the bowler bowled the ball along the ground. As you can see its impossible to hit a ball nearly 300 feet thats been slowly rolled along the ground.
@bongo155 hahaaha wow, i exactly knew you would say this today. ho my god.
on the other hand if he would mumbai indians would have won the match, you wouldn’t have appreciated him. do you? you would have criticized the tournament itself as always. you change your words according to your needs.
by the way scoring 48 runs and facing 45 balls in the final with five stitches in his right hand webbing, who can do it? appreciate the cricket man, don’t try to criticize every time. you never learn
@gfvbott, you must be Ritchie’s boyfriend. Or at least his inferior sidekick. Does it score you points with him to agree with him when he is mean to strangers. You should look into dumping him and getting a new boyfriend.
@Rac665, i am quite good at math. we just dont have cricket.
what exactly did you mean to accomplish by your rude post. does your girlfriend think you are a bigger man for anonymously trashing someone on the internet? i’m sure now that your status in this world has increased greatly. how honorable of you to make fun of someone who is simply asking a question and looking for help. bravo to you sir. bravo.
man, you need to do some math problems or something. Try crossword puzzles. ANY puzzles…get that brain of your working again. You’ll get Cricket eventually.
@luckykingkong Tendulkar fails YET AGAIN to win another major tournament. After dominating the early rounds he can’t do the job in the final. Not only that he soaked up 45 balls to get his 48 runs. hahhahahahahahahahhahahhahahha. Tendulkar the big match choker. Oh, wait, he scored a century against Australia in 1998 at Sharjah! LOOOOOOOOOOOOL
@parthaceramic I’m sorry, how many times has India beaten Australia in Australia. ZERO. Never ever and never will. Come 2011/12 Australia, barring injuries, will be too strong.
